Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:
Items
must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment and be in
their original state with tags still attached to be eligible for a
refund. Closeouts, altered, sized, special ordered and custom made jewelry are not eligible for refunds. When returning an item: Please return to: JAG, 181 Ward Road,
Washougal, Washington 98671. All jewelry boxes must be included in return
packaging. Please make sure your packaging is secure, insure the
package for the full amount of the item with a required signature.
Jewels and Gold is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs
during return shipping. Purchases made through Paypal will be returned within 10-20 business days.
Order Shipment:
Orders
will be shipped by FedEx or UPS insured and with a signature required.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the package is
shipped so you can track your item all the way to your home. If your
merchandise is damaged while in transit you must first contact FedEx or UPS to
fill out a Damage Inspection report and then request that the
merchandise be returned to the address listed above. Claims
for damaged goods or packaging should be reported to us within five
business days of delivery. Fed Ex Ground Shipping is free, however,
extra charges will apply for overnight orders. All orders will be shipped within 10 days. If quicker shipment is needed, please feel free to contact us to see if it can be done.
Privacy Policy:
Jewels and Gold will not release personal information about
customers without their permission, except as required by court order,
subpoena or applicable law. We do not sell, trade or rent our customers' personal information to
outside companies or marketing firms, except in connection with Jewels and Gold's loss prevention efforts. Jewels and Gold
may utilize the services of third-party loss prevention specialists to
assist in cases of suspected fraud or theft, and may in connection with
such loss prevention activities disclose personal information as is
necessary. Jewels and Gold does not collect personally identifiable information through passive methods such as cookies.
By purchasing your items through Paypal, we at Jewels and Gold never see your credit card numbers or account information and therefore can not charge anything extra to your card or account. Should more funds be needed for an unforeseen reason, funds will be requested through Paypal and only when you, the customer approve that request are funds transferred from your account to ours.
